Fair refund policy
Bad refund policies are infuriating. You feel like the company is just trying to squeeze more money out of you. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: if you're not happy, we'll work with you to make it right.
Examples of full refunds we'd grant
- You forgot to cancel and were charged for the next billing cycle. We'll refund the charge and cancel your account.
- You just started using DunningBear and it isn't what you expected. No hard feelings — we'll refund your most recent payment.
- You upgraded to Insights Pro but realized you didn't need the AI features or weekly digest. We'll refund the difference or your most recent payment.
Examples of partial refunds or credits we'd grant
- You've been paying for DunningBear for several months but haven't used it in a while. We'll review your account and offer a fair credit.
- We experienced an extended outage or you had a poor support experience. We'll credit your account proportional to the inconvenience.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with a brief explanation. You don't need to justify yourself — we trust you. We'll process refunds within a few business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
